It has a main control panel with Color Graphics 4.2” LCD display, microprocessor with two channel I/O boards.
It is equipped with 2 load cell mounting groups to be placed on a single idler group chassis.

The control panel has digital structure. The options on it are in the form of icons and are also visible in sunlight at a certain distance.
There is a USB connection inside the control panel. Calibration and production information can be stored with the USB Disk connected to the USB input.
The power supply of the control panel is inside its own board.
Instant passing material quantity and total material quantity up to that moment and belt speed information can be displayed on the control screen.
Zero calibration can be performed via the control panel and span settings can be entered.
The control panel has an error reporting feature.
There is an Ethernet Connection (Modbus TCP, FTP) without a converter in the control panel.
The control panel also outputs two 4 – 20 mA output signals.
There is also an RS-232 output as standard on the control panel. By this means, all information can be sent to a printer, a PC or display (remote viewing screen).
Thanks to the programmable digital inputs and outputs located on the I/O board available in the system, a connection can be made to the PLC Automation system or another device located outside.
It is very easy to assemble. Can be made by using your idler chassis.
It is not a problem if your conveyor belt is angled.
It has the limitations given in IP 65 standards
