Shot-Type Type Metal Separators
We manufacture various magnetic metal separators that are used to extract and separate metal from the material that is transferred from the upper elevation to the lower elevation in free fall or processed horizontally or obliquely by pneumatic means.
The metal separator block is attached to the shot by a lock mechanism. For cleaning, the separator is removed from the shot. the separator is fixed by gravity or by means of a lever and after cleaning is finished, it is placed back in its slot and locked. Cleaning is very easy to do.
These systems with an infinite life span have no maintenance costs. These systems are used to prevent metal ingress into mill-type precision devices.
